DL/PP AMRAP

AMRAP in 5 minutes:

275# DL, 3 reps
115# PP, 7 reps

  1. This was a fun one. I did a bunch of warmups of DLs and PPs after regular WU, then hit it as rx'd.

    6 rounds even

    Just barely squeezed in the last presses to make it.

  2. I agree with Chas. This one was fun. I think I benefitted from a good set-up. I had the deads set up facing one way, then the presses waiting right behind me after I dropped the deads.

    7 rounds + 3 DL's

    I kind of wish this would've been a 10 minute WOD.

    After this, I thought about doing the FS/GHD/HS walks, but knew I'd bastardize that one so I just made up a running/sit-up WOD. I did 5 rounds of: 2 lap run + 20 situps in 10 minutes. Felt slow, but the clock said I was faster than normal so that was nice. Looking forward to tomorrow. Later fellas.
