  1. What's up bitches. Thanks Mike for posting this one.

    So I turned 40 on Friday. I was on the road all last week, then the bday came, and with it a fuckload of drinking, then on the road again yesterday, and finally back into the basement today. Ironically, with the rain we got here in the CT last week, my basement flooded. I guess Coach thought it got deep enough that I could swim down there.

    But I did 250m rows instead. I kept them all under 1:40 splits, but the pushups killed my time.

    TT = 15:15

    I'm going to finish out this cycle on tmw's WOD, then I might double up on those old 2-2-2 thrusters and pullups on the rest day. But I'm old now so I might just sit on my porch with the hose and keep those damn kids off my lawn instead.

  2. Hey, where did you get your jerk blocks? Or if you made them, how did you do it?

  3. got the jerk blocks from my oly coach. they are made from 1/2 inch plywood an 4x4 post. three lawyers of 2 foot by 2 foot plywood on the top and then a stall mat on top of that. the post just cut to your height and then put some plywood gussets onit. i am going to wrap the tops in metal to avoid splitting.

  4. What's up fellas? I tried posting to this after I made the initial post, but the program wouldn't recognize my profile for some reason. Then, I had a long day of driving and a job interview yesterday followed with homework. Long story long..I guess, I just haven't posted.

    I did 200m rows as a sub for swimming. I thought that's what I read on the main site, but was probably wrong.

    TT = 10:07 - was shooting for sub-10, close
