7 rounds 35 DU's and get some Snatch each time

  1. Insane! My shoulders are still beat down from RDs, and now this? I have a challenge for you guys that don't do DU's: If you can do ONE, you can do 245. try going 1,2,1,2,1,2... that's what I do. I did my first DU with CrossFit, and never practice them unless they come up. Just do em!

    TT 17:07 @ 665 lbs. I only did 95 lb snatches. Good enough for me. Very light, I know, but the back says NO, and I got spanked nonetheless, big time. Did the 1K row before this. Good overall beatdown in the driveway.

  2. Many of my reps I just get 1 DU, then I fail. Then I start over. Perservere.

  3. Hey fellas, sorry for the short absence lately. I ran out of time to make it into the gym on Friday, and Ma came to town to watch "Wicked" at the theater, then the gym is closed Sunday. So, I basically have a lot of excuses for not getting to the gym the past few days.

    Anyway, did this one last night along with Wilmot.

    TT = 9:07 @ 945 (7x135)

    I think I could do better. I didn't make a single round of DU's unbroken and usually broke at least twice. Snatches got a bit shaky towards the end as well, but I didn't drop one.

    Way to push through on the DU's Fletcher.
