15 minutes of push press, OHS, and GHDs

  2. Puked before I went to the gym last night trying to get this one in. Got through my warm-up before I was puking again. So, looks like I'll have to hit a double somewhere this week.

    I was just getting over my cold and felt the best I had in weeks yesterday afternoon. Then, everything hit me at about 7 pm. Water shits, puking, cold chills, headache, weakness. Feeling better this morning so hoepfully I can make it back to the gym tonight.

  3. Wrists hurt on OHS, so I scaled this one to 95# push press and OHS. Flexibility and balance started to come back on the OHS's by about the 10 minute mark.

    Total - 5 rounds + 7 PP
