Did the DL with 155# and did 150 single unders for the DUs. Time 6:39.16
Scaled the DL to 170 lbs because of my back... which will always be the case. My double unders were TERRIBLE. I mean like I have never done them before. On round three the first 12 reps were singular, then fail. WTF? So that is why my time was 8:31. Awful. rested 5 then did Rahoi. Whooped.
Scaled DL to 225 because I didn't think I could handle 275 today. Didn't feel terrible, but really slowed down after the first set of DU's.TT = 9:37Ready to get after it again Monday. What a game tonight!
