Weighted pull-ups 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

  1. Started with a 20# weight vest. Used a dip belt for more weight after. Wanted to hit 100# (which would be 2/3 of my body weight), but it didn't happen.

    That was a pretty good start to the day.

  4. Got up to 120.5 lbs with palms in (PR!) 90 with palms out then tried 108 and failed. (53 and 55 lb KB), Did this as a double with the Chipper.
