Started with a 20# weight vest. Used a dip belt for more weight after. Wanted to hit 100# (which would be 2/3 of my body weight), but it didn't happen.20-40-65-90-100F-95-95F-90

Did Zimmerman tonight. Tomorrow looks like a beast.
Got up to 120.5 lbs with palms in (PR!) 90 with palms out then tried 108 and failed. (53 and 55 lb KB), Did this as a double with the Chipper.
Oh body weight is 218 butt naked this morning. I am an oaf.
