Deadlift, 1 rep

  2. Good to have you back Chris. Did two thirds of a speed day, rested LB after yesterday.

    SP 115x3x10 with 45 seconds rest. Next time I will try 125 or 30 seconds rest. No lost speed on the bar.

    BS 215x2x10 with 45 seconds rest and the going to 55 seconds rest. Lost speed on round four so went to longer rest and then lost speed in round ten. Will attempt again at 215 with 45 seconds rest next time.

  3. Got a little backwards on workouts and did this last night. I also tried to add the clean, bench, OHS WOD into this one but didn't have too much success in that. Tried to do everything as 3 rep max'es instead of 1 rep.

    Squats: 335x3
    Press: 155x3
    Deads: 345x1 (callous ripped again)
    Bench: 230x2
    Cleans: DNF
    OHS: DNF

    Warmed up with my 10 minute jump rope workout. Did the final 2 minutes with 30 seconds on / 30 seconds off DU's. Got 56 on the first set and 30 on the second.
