    185lbs gets heavy pretty quickly. All 105 of them.

  2. Felt a ton better today. Cold is pretty close to being gone and my stomach bug is apparently gone. Did a double today. Started with the 15 minutes of push press, OHS, GHD's, then this brute.

    5 rounds of 21 reps is a lot of anything.

    Was happy to make it through the running without walking. I wasn't exactly running a 6 minute mile, but I made it without walking.
