Due to inconsistency lately and the fact that I am ALL kinds of sore from Angie yesterday, I went back and did a scaled version of the run and SC thrusters WOD the other day... posted it there. WIll do this one soon. Too sore from yesterday to do 105 pullups. My inner coach speaketh.

  2. Wow this one was a shocker... not sure what was wrong with me this morning but I got destroyed! First two rounds were done in 7:20 or so, but it took me 23:49 RX'd. Just a gnarly combo of moves for me...

    BUT - I was strict on ROM. I touched the dumbbells to the ground on every rep and got down to about 1" from the ground. Pullups were full lockout to chin over bar every single rep. Beat my ass in!!
