Need to get back on track

  1. hey guys, this is a motivational shout out. I want to get serious about my health. I have fallen away lately. Holidays, then I got sick, then I went on a Disney cruise vacation, then sick again (same one came back I think), then I was in Vegas all this week and you know what that can do to you (eating and drinking, staying out too late)... so I am going to step it up starting tomomorrow. I am going to take the month of March off from drinking alcohol too. Anyone with me?

    Did Angie in the hotel in 19:38, but did 50 pullups because they were all dead hang on one of those weird gravitrons, did it with no assist but it was dead hang really wide grip or narrow grip but those little things that are perpendicular to your body. 50 of those took 6:30 which is how long it takes me to do 100 kipping PU's on a normal bar. I thought that was a fair sub... especially with how inconsistent I have been. felt good to hit it. Going home tonight!
