Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
24 inch Box Jump, 12 reps
95 pound Thruster, 6 reps
6 Bar-facing burpees

  1. Did 20" Box Jumps instead of 24". Also did 65# Thrusters instead of the 95#.

    6 Rounds and 9 box jumps.

  2. Back in the saddle again today guys. Shoulder is messed up but only for certain moves. I felt pain on the thrusters but minimal. I have found in the past that when recovering from injuries it's OK to work the injury a little bit? On the thrusters I focused on the power in getting the bar over my head would come 90% from the hips, which is the proper technique anyway.

    6 roudns + 3 box jumps. RX'd

    Oh, I did this after the DU and DL one, rested 5 in between.

  3. I went the exact opposite of Fletch. I started with this one before the DU/DL, with a 5 minute rest between.

    Jumping and thrusters really wore me out quickly. Still don't have the lungs quite back in shape yet, but they're coming along as I get over this cold and get back into the gym.

  4. As RX'd... My back still has that "iffy" feeling when doing any squat type of lift, but did the 95# anyway.
    5 rounds.

    12 Wallball shots, 20 pound ball
    12 Toes-to-bar

    13 minutes. I was wasted after this!!
