Hit this one hard this am. Did it with hand release push ups and just flew through the DLs unbroken and fast. Total time was 13:33 for an 11 second PR over last time. Best part is 11:44 was without hand release, so this PR is much bigger for me than just 11 seconds. Finally getting back on track with my passion and emotional content in the WODs. Later fellas, pease out and enjoy the Masters.
Justin you smashed this thing. I decided to test out the arm a bit and pick up a barbell... but only do 6 rounds as a test. 7:30. I did hand release in last 3 rounds. I did not do DL's unbroken either... except first two rounds. You killed this.
Insanity DVDs show up today... I'll try one tomorrow and let you know. I don't think they will get me strong, but I want to burn some fat, and I know they will help there. I hear it is not stop speed/cardio bodyweight stuff. I have some trips coming up, so will be good for hotel WODs. Just trying to mix things up a bit!
Well, I didn't quit when my back started fatiguing. I made rx'd through 4, then my back started getting weird, do 5-7 I scaled to 115. Made it to 8, back went weird, scaled to 95. 7-10, I did 20, 20 30, 30 for pushups. I had the strength, so I added it. Lost time changing weights, but I did it! had quit on my mind, but figured scaling would get me through without injury. TT-19:20
