30 One-legged squats
20 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood
10 Handstand push-ups
Then,

Brutal WOD. My legs started cramping up at the end, it was a struggle to finish the last 800m run.

This thing about terminated my existence. I had to butcher it because of all of my issues, but still think I got the same amount of work.

100 double unders (lots of cussing)
Then two rounds of:
50 burpees
40 "hands to the floor" GHDs (I SUCK at these right now?)
30 pistols
20 1 armed KBS, 1 pood
10 HSPU's to abmat
100 double unders

Wanted sub 35 really bad but I felt sick at the end. Weather was beautiful. Arm getting worse... WTF.
Craig sorry to hear about the arm. I know how frustrating it is to have an injury and not be able to do what you really enjoy. Do you think PT will help or does your gut tell you it's torn? Hang in there man.
