Power Cleans and Burpees

  1. Oh man would I love to do this WOD. My Arm is jacked still... it's going to be one of those "wait it out" deals.

    Today I did a WOD just to get the juices flowing. I've also been noticing that if I think about it, it's really easy to eat less than I normally do. Eat when I actually feel hungry... and eat less, and don't eat for pleasure very much. It's not that hard if I just think about it.

    Anyway,
    today I did 3 rounds for time:
    50 Wall balls (12 lb ball)
    50 situps on GHD (to flat)
    50 Back extensions

    Took 19:52. First set of WBs unbroken, that's really the only interesting thing to report.
