4 RFT 400M run 50 squats

  3. Did my first Insanity workout. "Cardio Power Resistance"... about 4 30 second water breaks, otherwise 37 minutes of full speed go, besides a 6 minute stretch after about 5 minutes of warmup.

    It was intense as long as you kept up... but I don't feel like that stuff would get me stronger much, but it would burn those calories and fat! I'll keep mixing these in sometimes, I need to burn the fat and with this injury there's too much I can't do so this keeps me going 5X a week instead of waiting for WODs I can do, etc. All in all, reccomended for a mix up and body weight cardio. It was a challenge, I won't lie and say it was totally easy. Timed hero WODs though, are indeed more of an ass kicker.

  4. Well, I "finished" this one, but was interrupted after the first run by a phone call about my damn kid (teenagers!!!). I use my stop watch app on my phone, so that's why I had it. Anyway, I have no clue how much time I lost because I didn't look at my 400 meter time before the call. Sucks, but oh well.
