  2. That seems like a ripping good time to me bud... 45 heavy squat cleans and 90 GHDs in 15 minutes?

I'm still all f@#$ked up. It's getting a little better slowly. Been two weeks, and now I feel like I am getting sick. I haven't been sick in 3 whole months. Whatever...

I want to do this one with back squats, that won't mess with my tendon one bit. If I don't feel shitting tomorrow I will do this in the early AM. Gonna be butt ass cold in the garage tomorrow.

  3. Hey guys, I have been in the gym seldom since my arm freaked out. It still burns and hurts. sharp burning pain this morning just taking the bar up and over my head to get into back squat position during warmup (with no weight). Maybe I have to go get it looked it. Pretty sure I tore something somehow.

I did this WOD but subbed back squats. I should have used more weight I guess... didn't feel hero WOD'ish to me. I let down our man Jorge.

    TT 11:14.

At least I got some work done.

Mikko Salo is freakin' cool. He got through round 2 of the 13.5 death WOD with like one second to spare. That was a cool video. He rested 3 days before that... and slept 18 hours the day before LOL.

Longer recovery time might be his downfall now that he's like... what... 33?

  4. Very cool video of Mikko. Glad to see him back. I've been sick with yet another cold, but think I've turned the corner. I'll hit a WOD today.

Craig go get that arm checked out. Sounds like a tear to me.

  5. Craig, from one guy who hates going to the doctor to another guy who hates going to the doctor. You are not 18 years old, you have a family, you need to be able to use your arm, you work for a company that provides health insurance. GO TO THE FUCKING DOCTOR my friend and get yourself well.

  6. I know I know... it's only been two weeks. I told myself I'd wait to weeks to see if my body makes decent progress on its' own and it really hasn't, so I need to make an appt. I haven't had bloodwork in 2 1/2 years anyway, and I like to get that checked from time to time so I need to go in anyway. Time to "turn my head and cough"...
