Rows and Abdominal work

  1. Used a workout ball instead a GHD. Everything else RX'd.

  3. First time I have done anything with pulling in about 3 weeks. For the row, I turned the damper down to 4, and I came WAY forward, then on the backstroke I didn't go all the way back, when I bend my arm in a ways is when I get the pain. For the TTBs, I got through 8 and was getting searing pains so I stopped and the remaining 32 reps was more GHDs. Otherwise RX"d. This is a test to see how my arm reacts.
