Wall balls got tough towards the end.

  2. Dude, that's a great time!

Let's say you could hold 4:00 800's... that's 12 minutes, and then you did Karen (no time for breaks or transitions here) in 7:26?

WTF? What did you eat today?

  3. I've been watching what I eat and trying to drink less. That's exactly what I did. I came in under 4 the first 800. The other 2 were right around 4. The wall balls I broke up in to sets of 25. Big difference when your not doing all 150 at once.

Don't get me wrong it was tough as hell, but I maintained a good pace I think.

    How's the arm? Any better?

  4. Good job man. Going nights during the week with no drinking, not even a single beer?

Arm feels fine now if I am not doing any moves.. but as soon as I try a single pullup that is a big fat NO. So that is progress... it used to hurt like hell even typing or carrying a bag of groceries. Just need to give it time to heal and then ease my way back into CF.

  5. That was a metcon nightmare!

I subbed 75 DU's for the runs (bunch of snow outside). I do my DU's on top of two yoga mats... helps with the knee banging. TT 19:34. Goal was to get under 20.

The DU's took me a little under 4 minutes, but the thing about them is... they take a tremendous toll on your wind, so I could not do 25/25 on the WBs. I was sucking wind hardcore on those.

WBs made the arm burn just a little....

    Good WOD. Beat my ass.

Wall balls are 15# 8ft target. My runs I think are 1000M. I'll have to measure again to be sure.

  7. Damn Chris,if you would of kicked my ass any harder in this workout I would have had to travel back in time a week to pick my shoes!! Once again nice time man! Those wall balls destroyed my ability to run, as rx'd in 22:44.

That's the beauty of crossfit is it keeps you humble. One workout your the ass kickor and the next your the ass kickee.

Get well Fletcher I hope that arm is getting better my friednd.
