13.3 training wod/barbara style

  1. WODoers: I want to get to the muscle ups on 13.3, so I did this today.

    5rds: 30WB/20DU/1MU with turnout 3 minutes rest

    It worked good. Wall balls unbroken in first three then got 22 and 26 in rounds 4 and five. without rest it looked like this: 2:08/1:58/1:55/1:46/1:48 got better and better at double unders throughout.

    I think it was a good wod, 2 minute probably would have been a better rest amount, but I am looking forward to hitting 13.3 again now. Bet my ass is hurting tomorrow too from all those consecutive wall balls!
