Run 400M 90 sec rest X8

    Redid the run 200M lunge 100M 50 squats WOD yesterday... got up this AM and played ball with the kids until it dawned on me that I haven't ridden a skateboard in 20+ years so we went down to Sports Authority and got daddy this massive longboard. Been cruising around on that this morning, super fun!

    I just did 3 RFT of:

    50 pushups (2/3 ROM cos of arm)
    50 situps, no kipping, abmat
    50 DUs

    DU's went OK... non kipping strict situps are a lot harder, and I got a compression thing for my left arm which actually feels good... but I didn't want to do full ROM on those cos my arm is way jacked. Who knows how long that will take, but I am not using it as an excuse to not exercise. Tomorrow AM I shall ride the roadbike before we head to church.

    Taking a heinous class right now (JAVA programming, yuk!) so I have my old CIO tutoring me (Chris, Ed is the guy) without him I would have dropped this bitch. So working 55 hours a week, taking a 15 hour a week class, and raising kids... I'm busy.

    Went to the Rockies home opener with my son Max (4) yesterday, got a foul ball hit by Todd Helton. It has the "Opening Day" insignia on it, and a big scuff mark from Mr. Helton. Hope to get that thing signed some day!

  3. So so effort today. I really could have gone harder the first 3 rounds. If I do that, I'm under 16 minutes. As it stands, 16:47 (minus the rest time of course). Not even close to a pr, but it's Monday.
