I have been in a state of sloth lately... arm is healing slowly. Talked to a doctor, he said ice and rest... gee really? See? That's why... he said if it continues to get bad we'll do an MRI with possible surgery.
Today Mike and I ran 800M and did 75 pushups for a warm up.... Again, 3/4 ROM on the pushups for me.
Then the WOD: TT - 10:55. Squats were ass to ball but we were strict about NO bouncing off of the ball, just a measuring stick for deep ROM.

Then we did 75 more pushups.
Today will be an active day playing with the kids outside, skateboarding on my longboard, biking and whatnot.
