25 Overhead squats, 65 pounds
25 L-pull-ups

Did 25 pull-ups instead of rope climbs and 55# sandbag squats (BS) instead of overhead squats. My first 8 were L pull-ups the rest dead hang pull-ups. Everything else RX'd.
