Shoulder Press, Push Press, Push Jerk

Shoulder Press 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Push Press 3-3-3-3-3 reps
Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5 reps

    Push Jerk 135 failed on the 5th one. The rest were 115

    Pretty Happy about this. I know it is not much weight but the last time I did this shoulder press was only 125, push press was 135 and push jerk 115.

    Heaviest I've got since my surgery and my shoulder was screaming at me so I listened to my body and stopped.

  4. STRONG guys. Nice.

    Hemi is going down....still limited in what I can do. Going to doctor tomorrow to discuss various things. Get a full blood panel (I do that every couple of years).... examine arm, physical. Get boner pills. (LOL, kidding).

    Today I did 3 RFT:

    75 DU's
    35 hands to floor GHDs

    18:19

    GHDs were lethal. I went VERY slow on those for some reason. Good Lord.

    Then I rested until the clock said 20:00 and did as many DU's as I could unbroken, with a goal of 25. I got 33, which is a PR by 6.

    The funny thing about that is I bet my AVERAGE set during the WOD was 4 or 5. I had a few good runs of 15 plus, plenty of single rep sets, and everything in between.
