Snowing here, so I retried 13.3. Did Karen with a 25, 20,10,10 breakdown and it was faster for me. Done in 7:56, then first 15 DUs unbroken and I was like here we go!!! Then the wheels came off bad, about 15 attemtps to get 10 more reps. Put the wheels back on and got to 90 with 15 seconds left and then just barely, barely fucking missed that muscle up. DAMMITTT!! Oh well better than last time and I guess I will have to retry in another two weeks.
I just wish I could do most WODs right now... we take so much for granted. Did you watch that video of that girl that is handicapped from a car accident doing WODs? Very inspiring. She inspired me today with my arm deal...
