    Had to put on some wrist wraps after about 8 thrusters. I need to work on my wrist flexibility. Most of the time the bar is just suspended and not resting on my chest/deltoids.

  2. I did this rx'd but to sweeten the pot I went for max reps unbroken on the 95# thruster, got 27 and gravity won! Then pullups were agonizingly slow because of all the GHD's the other day. As rx'd 6:28.

  3. Dave, I am in the same boat w/wrists. A few times I had to but the bar down due to intense pain. I'm suprised I haven't had another bout of tendonitis after thrusters, but so far no. I am not sure how I feel about this one. The Boston bombings happened minutes before so I was pretty deflated. As an athlete that trains and familiar w/the workout community I was deeply struck. These people have spent countless hours training for the "holy grail" of marathons, only to have it a tragic occasion. Saddens me.
    Anyway, I was fighting a depressive state of mind, but did finish in a fury as my sadness turned to anger.
