  1. Today I warmed up and messed around for 15 minutes or so... got the heartrate up, then did a rendition of the run 400 50 squats, but I did this:

    4 rounds of
    Run 200M
    25 double unders
    50 squats

    Time was 14:53. I tried damn hard!

    Double unders make me mad

    Then I went and road my road bike for 30 minutes around the nearby neighborhoods.... that was pretty fun, relaxing.

    Then I stretched good.

    Tomorrow I might do Insanity again, or ride my bike. My arm is still not close, tried a single pullup and the first part of the pull gave a searing pain. Who knows when this will be better. at least I can push some, like pushups so my arms don't become Jell-O, and I can row at 80%.

    Felt slow today. This old body is feeling the last 3 days.

  5. Been traveling and just running, so good to be home and getting back on track. This looks like a good series here. Started with a pretty good row in 3:46 and then just tried not to rest much. Guess it worked sub-8 and a new PR 7:57. Holy lung and forearm destruction!

    Nice time on the 800m/karen wod Chris, that's my goal for tomorrow is to be close to your time.
