I was slow today. HSPU's killed my time.TT: 10:40Followed this one with a blast from the past and kicked P90x style. Did Plyometrics, nice workout to get your heart rate up and boy does my fat ass need that.Later fellas
Did 135#s for the DL and had my feet on a 20" box for the HSPUs.TT 9:17
