15 ascending minutes of 5 thingies

  1. WARNING: I do not recommend doing the 100 GHDs rowing WOD 15 hours before this one, with 4 minutes of BE's!

    So this sucked. Got up at 5:30 and did this nasty thing, body was so stiff from yesterday. Also cannot do anything jumping right now (missing cartilage in knee has been really hurting me lately). So for the DU's, I subbed 20" box step ups. Even those hurt. Oh well, I try to focus on what I CAN do instead of what I cannot do. Did 50 pushups for warmup yesterday, so I was feeling that a bit too.

    1 - squats - 50
    2 - box steps - 42
    3 - pushups - 85
    4 - BE's - 108
    5 - pullups - 51

    Total - 336

    Pretty lame performance all the way around. Tired as hell, stiff and sore as hell.

    I knew where my weak links would be before this.

    1. Squats 40
    2. DUs 64
    3. Push-ups 50
    4. Back extensions 50
    5. Pull-ups 73

    *I taped both hands middle and index fingers for the pullups but it totally threw off my double unders. Lame ass excuse I know.

    Dave, awesome job on those pullups. Fletcher, I am with you my hamstrings are telling me that was not smart...
