For time: 30 MU, 21 C&J 135# and 2K row

  1. I do not have the clearance for MU so subbed 30 weighted strict pull-ups and ring dips. Both with 25 pounds.

    I did a power clean with 135# yesterday, but I am not proficient enough to do them in a WOD yet. I did practice a full squat clean and jerk with a 45# bar. Took me about 8 minutes to do 21 of these. They felt really good. Again they were for form not speed.
    My row was 8:06.2. Thought I would be slower on that.

    TT about 30 min. (11:59.34 PU& Dips, 8:06.2 C&J, 8:06.2 Row {forgot to stop watch}).

  2. Hey guys, this was NASTOLA.

    I did 60 CTB pullups and 60 ring dips for the MUs. That took 10:30. Did the rest RX'd. C&J's were slow cos I was spanked. Rested 30 seconds after those to start the row, which went 7:44.

    TT 23:25.

    GO BRONCOS!! Going to the game tomorrow. All fired up.

    Had a 16 guy poker party last night, two tables of 8. Fun times. I won the second tournament! Stayed up til 1:15 AM cleaning the house. Had a few cocktails too. Fun fun fun.

  3. 21:07 as rx'd, MUs with the full games turn out at the bottom. Good wod. Started out with a pr on the 30 MU with turn out in 8:32, stoked about that.
