TT 20:28.8 PR was a 20:43.2
Suckfest, like always. 18:48.2, missed my PR (from 4 years ago) by 9 seconds. I stopped briefly to take a drink of water because my throat is so hoarse from the Bronco game. And.... that was the difference. Lots of rowing lately.
