My main problem with this one was I kept losing track of my count. I had to go back to my last known count. I did way more than 50. I started with 5 chips for a count of ten. After the first set of ten I got more chips for counts of 5. Made it easier when I had to go back and start again.
I use chips to keep track of my count. If you do this, keep the count to one chip to represent 5 reps. I started with 1 chip for every ten, but still lost count and had to start back to my last known count.
I used the split timer on my watch to keep track of every 5 reps. Every rep from the very first one took between 25 and 35 seconds, so I never lost count. I never took any breaks either so I must just be way slower than you guys. TT: 24:56 as rx'd.
My buddy Jason got 15:22 and I watched him do it. He just moved super fast and never slowed down. It's weird. the only time I slowed down was situp to handstand, just that process of being on the ground, standing all the way up, then inverting fast was hard.

ReplyDeleteThat workout was just plain strange, but it was fun too. I felt like a kid. Hard to keep count! Really have to focus!
