50squat/50ghd etc....aka the stupidiest wod ever

  1. Just a boring ass grind that will probably leave me debilitated and crying every time I sneeze for a week. As rx'd 19:07. I doubt I would do this workout again, just too monotonous.

  2. That was evil. I got er' done in 16:33. All sets of squats unbroken is why, I think. I was screaming out loud. The combo of moves is evil... why??? I won't be able to walk very well tomorrow. I have found though, that my hamstrings do better with these types of combos if I bring my feet closer to shoulder width on squats. I used to do squats with my feet unorthodoxically (that is not a word but whatever) wide.... and my hammies would get so sore that it was more like an injury.

    Justin, I am sorry that you were so bored. LOL.
