Snatches & Rowing (9/2K, 15/1K, 21/500M)

  1. Scaled the snatches to 115 lbs. Decided to keep rep counts the same because I am quite sore from thrusters and 100 ring dips yesterday.

    TT 21:49

I've lost 5 lbs in 2 days. Been allowing myself to get hungry and stay hungry a lot. I realized, I never really get hungry because I eat all the damn time. Welcome to the way the majority of the world feels, eh? It's a good thing.

  2. I can't believe you did that RX'd. But then again, you are Justinius the strong. I can barely do one snatch at 155. You are a strong sumbitch. Fun WOD.

  3. Was rx'd, but snatches were not all "clean." Many involved a slight press out, crossfit legal but fugly for sure.

  4. Did this with 155 #dead lifts instead of snatches.
TT 24:33.35 (time is not right. For 30sec to a minute I felt like my lungs were going to burst out and forgot to shut of the timer. I went out too fast on the 500M row. For the 1st 150M I was pacing in the low 1:30s. Couldn't keep that up. Ended up with a 1:57. Should have keep the whole thing at a 1:50 pace.)

  5. Dave you've been a mad man lately. Pacing in the low 1:30's at your height is amazing. WTF dude? :-)

  6. Yeah, went out too fast. I wanted to see how fast I could go on a 500M. I should have done the first half at a 1:50 pace and went balls to wall on the last.
