AMRAP 20min of 21 135# Bench Press & 21 L-sit Pull-ups

  1. Man that was way harder than it looked (sound familiar). I did it RX'd... first round done in 3 minutes. But.. boy.. did......I.....slow down.....

    4 rounds + 21 bench + 3 LPU at the buzzer.

    I focused on integrity of the moves too.

  2. I did this a little different since I don't have a bench. Did 5 strict ring dips + 5 Lpulllups per round. I got 14 rounds plus 5 RD and 3 LP. If it were scored the other way it would have been 3 rounds + 12 RD + 9 Lpullup.

    Fletcher that is way strong.
