Rx'd3 rounds + 7 bench press.
Man that was way harder than it looked (sound familiar). I did it RX'd... first round done in 3 minutes. But.. boy.. did......I.....slow down.....4 rounds + 21 bench + 3 LPU at the buzzer.I focused on integrity of the moves too.
I did this a little different since I don't have a bench. Did 5 strict ring dips + 5 Lpulllups per round. I got 14 rounds plus 5 RD and 3 LP. If it were scored the other way it would have been 3 rounds + 12 RD + 9 Lpullup.Fletcher that is way strong.
that last set of 21 bench was NASTY. I was yelling out!
