Goals

  1. These are my goals for 2014. This way I am somewhat held accountable.

    Row a sub 20min 5K
    Row close to a 7min 2K
    300# Dead lift
    250# Back squat
    50 Double unders in a row
    Row 800 to 1000K total for the year (or more).
    Work on Mobility of RT ankle, T-spine and wrists. I really
    want to be able to do front squats with decent weight and
    proper form.
    That is good enough to start with. I am sure I will add more goals as the year goes on.
