Crossfit Total

  1. My numbers from last time BS 135 (was sets of not max),
    SP 125 and DL 235
    Today
    BS 165
    SP 135
    DL 275
    Total 575
    The DL is my new PR. I also think that my goal that I set for this year of a 300# DL will be met and exceeded earlier than I thought. I have never maxed a squat before.
    I will also have to check on the shoulder press. Might be a PR. Not anywhere near what you guys can do, but happy to start off the year with this.
