TT 22:00. Kept about a 1:53 split but my GHDs were hard and slow, but all were hand to the floor. For some reason I really struggled on the GHDs today.
Just finished insulating the rope climb chute today so the cold ass air (and hot ass air in summer) doesn't come flying down the chute anymore.
Chris Simpson is here. Just not posting. I'm happy to report I haven't missed a WOD in over a month and rest day's I do cardio. Actually I do cardio at least 4 days a week. I've lost the 10 lbs and will continue this after the month challenge.
