Complete as much as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 Pull-ups
20 Push-ups
30 Squats
15 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
45 Squats
20 Pull-ups
40 Push-ups
60 Squats
25 Pull-ups
50 Push-ups
75 Squats
30 Pull-ups
60 Push-ups
90 Squats

  1. Well my weakest link is my push-ups.
    Made it to the 4th group of push-ups and did 48 of them. Almost made it to 50. Total of 70 Pull-ups, 138 Push-ups and 135 Squats.

    Grouping them this way made it harder for me. Did not have time to recoup like I would have with regular Cindy. I did 355 reps this last time I did Cindy in 20 minutes. This time only 343 reps. I could also not be fully rested from the strict push and pull WOD.

  2. The was way harder for me in terms of total rep count, but less of a metcon. Pull ups would gas me but then push ups were just slow. Made it to 14 pullups in the round of 30.

  4. Got to 16 pushups in the last set (the set of 60 pushups). Got up off the mat, wiped my face, took a drink of water, restarted the timer and finished the final set of pushups and squats in an additional 5:50. Smoked!

    Did this 16 hours after doing the insane 105 50lb DBC&J WOD. I am sore all over. Riding my bike to/from work tomorrow on a rest day, that's a good 2:20 on the bike. Was down from 227 to 219, then let up on some of the strict rules, got back up to 222. It's amazing how fast my body weight fluctuates. Have until 2/1 to be a stead 217. With cycling+CrossFit I will get there. Good weather this week, will try to ride the bike 2-3X.
