This blog is for a bunch of guys who do CrossFit Workouts from all over the place to post our results, musings, and ramblings for all to see.

Wanted to achieve a meaningful negative split on each successive round without coming out the gate like a pansy and I think I did it.3:563:523:463:42Had to go to war(Fletcerism) for the last 250m of round four but I got it:)
Rowing sprints, my very least favorite. Did first two sprints on damper = 53:28.1, 3:37.7 (first one wiped me out!)Third on damper = 7 @ 3:43.8Fourth on damper = 10 @ 3:42.8Mental goal on 4th was to be the third. I did that damn it. Ugh. Buddy Jason is fairly new to CrossFit, his first time doing rowing sprints. Dampers were same as mine, he went:3:43.4, 3:53.4, 4:01.1, 4:03.3He actually stopped for a second a few times. I can't blame him. These things always cause me to ponder quitting...
