10x7 Squat Ladder & 5x500 Rowing Sprints

10 sets of 7 squats, 5 rds of 500m row sprints

  1. made this one up today, but wanted to work on squats. Didn't go heavy, was after more reps and sets and to keep an eye on my back. all sets had 7 reps

    Then proceeded to get on the row machine.
