This blog is for a bunch of guys who do CrossFit Workouts from all over the place to post our results, musings, and ramblings for all to see.
I was joined by a few of the ladies that workout Jane. Before jumping in the Tabata we did a 3:00 box jump (24). I got 55
ReplyDeleteTabata went like this:
Sit-up: 122
Squat: 150
Pull up: 57
Good Mornings: 87 my shoulder doesn't like push ups. Did these at 75#
Total: 416
I did this one full out for each round, no gaming. Interesting how the end numbers stayed similar to when I game it.
ReplyDeletePU 16//7/7/6/5/5/5/5 total 56
PU 14/10/8/7/8/7/7/7 total 68
SU 14/11/10/10/10/10/10/10 total 85
SQ 16/11/11/12/14/13/12/16 total 105
Total reps 314. Bringing the weak sauce today is me.
Harrison's workout proceeded as thus:
ReplyDeleteJTBs 9/7/6/5/5/5/6/4 = 47
PUs(4)/JUs(4) 11/10/9/8/7/6/6/7 = 64
SUs 11/10/9/10/12/11/12/12 = 87
SQ 15/15/15/17/16/16/17/18 = 129
Total 327
fine work fellows. I did slow mo hands and elbows in tight type of pushups, so it cut my numbers dramatically because of the ol' shoulder. I had the MRIs done, and they are going to be interpreted this Wednesday when I go see my ortho.
ReplyDeleteHenceforth and hitherto, I went like hell on situps and squats. So much so, that I felt all messed up for a couple of hours afterwards. Exercise induced anxiousness I'll call it.
Pullups: 14,9,8,6,7,6,6,5 = 61
Strict narrow slow-mo pushups: 11,7,7,5,6,5,7,7 = 55
Situps: 13,14,14,13,13,13,13,13 = 106
Squats: 19,16,16,17,15,15,15,18: 131
Total: 353
