  1. My shoulder is still angry with me so I wasn't able to put weight on my back so I held my heaviest dumbbells, 25#s so a total of 50#s.

    I'm getting frustrated that my shoulder isn't getting better, may have to go see someone about it.

    Anyway I completed 6 rounds + 6 lunges.
