    20 kettlebell snatches, 1.5 pood
    20 one-legged squats, alternating
    30 toes-to-bars
    30 overhead squats, 75-lb. barbell
    40 GHD sit-ups
    40 medicine-ball cleans, 20-lb. ball
    50 burpees
    50 triple-unders

    20 box jumps 20"
    20 CTB pullups
    20 ring dips
    40 KB Swings (snatches are bad for shoulder) @ 55 lbs
    20 1 Leg squats on box with hand holding post for balance
    30 TTB
    30 OHS I completed skipped/missed... WTH? Weird...
    40 GHDs
    40 Med ball cleans
    50 burpees

    like that, 23:58. Felt sluggish. Had to really go gingerly with the burpees... those took 7 minutes.

    20 dips (rings=bad4shoulder)
    40 KBs (45#)
    20 1leg squats
    30 TTB
    40 GHD
    40 med ball cleans (20#)
    50 MCs
    10 burpees (yes, a full ten)
