  1. This was fun and I was flying until about the 9th OHS. Then pain set in and it was no longer fun. TT as rx'd 5:03.

    Did dead lifts 5x3 and hit 400#x3 yesterday, so pretty happy about that.

  2. Did this right after doing front squat 7s... subbed 115 lb back squats for the OHS@95... done that way, 4:58. Deads got nasty towards the end!
