Subbed 12 SDHPs @ 95... I find that to be an almost perfect substitution in terms of level of effort/time. I really felt strong today, did this whole WOD with maybe 15 seconds of rest. Still probably not a great time because burpees are slow, have to do gingerly. TT 14:46. Pushed hard to get sub 15, started round three strapped into rower right exactly @ 10:00. Tomorrow is Chelle's birthday, 43... gonna have to write up a "filthy 43" type of workout. She's having a good 10 or so girl pals over for a birthday "party" WOD and then Crossfit potluck brunch with mimosas after!
