  1. 2 Rds of warm up hanging squat thrusters of 65 lbs and 85 lbs. Then did 95-105-105-105-105
    then finished with 7 rds of lighter weight (95 x5) (85 x 7) (85 x 7) (85 x 7) (65 x 7) (65 x 7) (65 x 7)
