  1. Holy shittake mushroom balls, that was too much for me. I made it through 21 and then 2 reps of the 115#OHS on the round of 18 before I had to lower the weight to 95#s. Don't worry though, I am pretty sure my arms still might fall off tomorrow or in my sleep tonight. That was rough cause I suck at ring dips and they were the easy part of this wod for me. As described in 21:42

  2. I am frustrated because I would (and I know I could) love to do this WOD RX'd if my shoulder wasn't injured. It is, what it is.

  3. I was pretty sure I could do this as rx'd too, until I dropped the bar on my head trying for rep 3 of the round of 18. My shoulder said no mas.

  4. Dang dude.. did you actually hit your head? I did this (sort of) this AM, but subbed 165 lb deadlifts for the OHS. The morning after doing that big chipper for Chelle's birthday, I was too sore to do any sort of squats. DLs are good for ya, too! So, done that way, I went 11:20. Going to see orthopedic surgeon today, so I figured 84 ring dips was a good idea so I'm nice and sore when he is testing me out.

  5. Yes, hit my head but not hard. Made the decision to give up on the rep and dump the bar a little late. Didn't really hurt, but made the decision to scale to 95#s a no brainer...pun intended.
