5 RFT Hip Extensions, handstand walk, 150 feet of lunges

  1. Did 1 minute handstand holds instead of the walks. TT that way was 17:39.

  2. I had to go slow on the back extensions, as trying to do anything fast with lifting on or near my lower back always throws me out of commission. Hand stands were fun :) TT 23:00
