30 min AMRAP: Lunges, GHDs, BEs, MUs

  1. Stuck with my rule of not exceeding 100 GHDs in a WOD... so did 7 RFT but did 15 lunges instead of 12 just for uniformity, and did 15 pullups for the MUs. I didn't do the last set of pullups because my shoulder hurt.

  2. Completed 8 full rds (15 PU's instead of MU's) + 12 lunges, +15 GHD's, +15 BE's and +7 PU's in 30 mins
