had an effective 6 minute tabata warmup... then did this @: 115-155-175-185-200. Can definitely lift more, but I'm a broken up old man so I stopped there. Then waited a few minutes and did the 30 DL, 30 cal row 30 OHS WOD, posted that over there. Good morning in the gym.
